Jane Neale

Jane has a varied commercial background, the last 16 years of which have all been in the recruitment industry. Jane quickly built her experience as a specialist in the HR arena where she developed a strong reputation built on her professional approach and the results achieved for both clients and candidates alike. She set up and managed the HR Division at Douglas Llambias (latterly Change), and then moved on to broaden her experience supporting the development of a number of high performing consultants.  Jane subsequently spent a short period supporting an early stage Scottish recruitment business before moving client side to operate as the Resourcing Manager for Baxters Food Group. This period helped Jane develop a relatively unique perspective as a recruiter, building a firsthand perspective of the recruitment process from a client perspective and building a detailed understanding of many of the key operating functions.

Jane is level II BPS qualified and has extensive experience in profiling and design of assessment for recruitment.

Jane’s role at Livingston James will focus on interim and permanent HR recruitment and the development of key relationship management strategies.

Outside of work Jane spends time with her family, including 2 grand-children, enjoys travel, cooking, is a passionate gardener and a fair-weather skier!
