Louise focusses on search and selection within the Manufacturing, Production and Technology sectors with deep expertise in the Food & Drinks sector.  Bringing a wealth of varied commercial experience to the team, her specialist skills are in research and analysis, in understanding key issues facing organisations quickly and providing solutions. Louise’s background in commercial sales, strategy consulting and private equity gives her a real understanding of the challenges facing business leaders today and positions her as a unique partner to support her clients in achieving their goals.

She is a graduate of the University of Durham where she studied Law and Politics. At the beginning of her career she worked in various roles for an industrial manufacturing group before joining the Strategy Consulting team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London where she worked with clients such as Mars, Somerfield and Boots as well as advising Private Equity teams on over 30 deals. In 2008 she relocated to Scotland and joined Murray Capital Ltd supporting the management teams of portfolio companies with business development advice. Prior to joining Livingston James Louise was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a PE backed engineering business based in Edinburgh.
