Nicky leads our Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice across the professional services, banking and private equity markets with a focus on key managerial to partner level appointments. He also counts forensic accounting, fraud and corporate banking as areas of expertise  Nicky brings with him an in depth understanding of these functions having completed numerous executive level assignments for prominent firms across Scotland & Northern Ireland. 

An accountancy graduate, Nicky cut his teeth in recruitment with Hays Plc, setting up and developing their practice offering in Scotland. Following a successful tenure in the Plc world, he was headhunted by a boutique consultancy to perform a similar role for them whilst raising the profile of the business across Scotland, culminating in promotion to Associate Director of this organisation.

A former schoolboy district rugby player, Nicky now regularly competes in triathlon across the UK in a bid to remain competitive and generate funds for worthwhile causes.  Golf, family and an active social life also keep him busy outside of working life.
