*Please note this opportunity is now closed to further applications. Should you be interested in similar roles and wish to have an exploratory discussion, please contact Sophie Randles at [email protected].

Livingston James is currently partnering with a private equity backed, fast growth technology business to appoint its new CFO. The purpose of the CFO role is to strategically lead the company’s financial operations through a period of rapid international growth while preparing it for a successful exit within the next 12-18 months.

The CFO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, shaping and executing financial strategies that balance aggressive scaling with cost control, ensuring the company is exit-ready. Additionally, this role will support the CEO in engaging with potential investors / buyers and navigating the complexities of M&A, ensuring a seamless and successful transition post-exit.

The role requires an authentic leader with great emotional intelligence; someone who is highly resilient and doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up; and someone who leans into an environment brought by fast growth and positive change.
