The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with a diverse range of external stakeholders to leverage resources, share risk, and enhance RCH’s reputation.
They are looking for an inspirational leader committed to the ethos and values of RCH, who brings relevant experience managing substantial asset management portfolios and regulatory compliance, strong strategic planning skills, a track record of leading teams through change, and expertise in risk and performance management.
