Provide strategic direction and serve as a forceful advocate for the multi-stakeholder efforts required to integrate Edinburgh’s and the surrounding region’s transport resources into a world-class network”.
Provide leadership and continuously develop this award-winning company and its associated subsidiaries, in order to deliver continued profitability whilst also driving improvements in the customer experience
Develop and execute each year’s business plan in order to provide the City of Edinburgh with a safe, reliable and sustainable tram service that contributes to an increase in the percentage of trips made by modes other than the private automobile.
