OUR GLOBAL REACH
At Livingston James, our consultants are experienced in carrying out executive search processes with both domestic and international reach. Our track record of successful international appointments highlights our ability to identify candidates across geographies to deliver maximum impact for our clients and candidates.

Global Experience
Whilst Livingston James is a Scottish-based executive search firm, our strong relationships with other Scottish headquartered businesses have led to us solving talent problems across the globe. The methodology of finding and attracting global candidates who will either relocate to Scotland, or work across international geographies, is very similar to that utilised in a Scotland or UK based search.
Our Consultants and Research team place huge importance on understanding the brief and building a robust strategy to execute the search. We utilise the latest technology in order to connect us to specialist candidates across the globe, allowing us to share our clients’ employer brand far and wide. We fully believe that the success of any assignment lies in a strong relationship and equal partnership with the client. Knowing and understanding our clients and their stories in depth allows us to be able to communicate them with passion and authenticity, to and from anywhere in the world.
Livingston James’ global expertise includes appointments at senior and executive levels across a range of sectors including technology, agriculture and business services, and geographic locations from the UK, and wider Europe, to India and the USA. For more specific examples of our international search assignments, please get in touch with anyone in the Livingston James team.
