Meet Harry

Harry is a Research Consultant, principally supporting the Executive Search team, by carrying out activities including market mapping, talent mapping, international search and candidate attraction.

Harry was previously a Consultant within Rutherford Cross, Livingston James’ sister brand, where he placed senior finance candidates across the East of Scotland. Harry’s strongest skills in this role lay in the search and attraction of high-calibre candidates, prompting the move to Research. Harry works closely with Consultants and Clients to understand exactly what is required, before building a robust and targeted plan to source and attract the best individuals. Harry is passionate about delivering a quality service to his clients and candidates to ensure that value is added to everyone he works with.

Harry graduated from Abertay University with a degree in Business Management and has a background in hospitality, having achieved promotion through four different roles whilst working for a prestigious hotel based in Perthshire.

Outside of work, he is most likely to be found in the gym, on the golf course or out playing football.
